Site Evaluation

We will meet with you to choose a lot (if you don't already have one) and make an onsite evaluation to be sure the lot is right for the home you want to build. We will also include the architect in onsite meetings.

Budget and Lenders

We will help prepare your budget and paperwork for the bank and all permitting processes. We can also provide a list of proven lenders for a permanent mortgage.

True One-on-One Involvement

We want your building experience to go as smoothly as possible with a 3 to 12-month completion, depending on size of home.​
